Bek & Trent Jackson

Hey! Welcome to Busselton Auto Repairs, we are husband and wife team Bek & Trent.

We're a family owned mechanical business that loves cars. We've built a welcoming, honest and upfront workshop where our customers feel properly looked after. We started as a husband and wife team back in 2018, and eight years on we're a crew of eight car enthusiasts.

Loving Cars Is In Our DNA

We eat, sleep and breathe cars, and that passion shows in the service we give our customers every day. With Trent's 15 years of experience as a mechanic, his love of cars is second to none. We're here to help with all your vehicle needs, and we promise to treat your car as if it were our own, if not better.

Our mission is to give the Busselton and South West community a mechanic they can trust with the vehicle that looks after their family. Beyond that, we want our workshop to be a safe, welcoming place our customers feel good coming to.

Our vision for Busselton Auto Repairs is to keep improving and updating what we do, for our team and our customers alike.

Our People

Our Team Are Our Biggest Strength

They're passionate about cars and about our customers, and they're the reason we can do what we do. Bek brings a background in accounts and bookkeeping, while Trent began his mechanical apprenticeship in 2008 and has been a mechanic ever since.

Out front, Head Service Advisor Jackie has more than 20 years in the industry, working alongside Service Advisor Charlize, who has been in customer service since school. In the workshop, Declan is a qualified mechanic with over 30 years of experience, Akka is our Leading Hand and Mechanic, Daniel is one of our mechanics, and Harley is our third year apprentice.

Something that matters a lot to us is our team's work life balance, which is why we run a four day working week. Our team are close, a bit like a little family.

Our History

How It All Started

Busselton Auto Repairs started because we're passionate about cars and people. We love our cars and we know other drivers do too, so we set out to build a repair shop where clients are treated like friends.

Part of the plan was always to build a better future for ourselves and our families, and we've done that by focusing on superior workmanship, a top class customer experience, and a great workplace for our team.
