We’re Taking on the Shitbox Rally for Cancer Council! 💛
In May 2026, Trent and Akka from our Busselton Automotive Repairs team will be swapping out the workshop for the wide open road — and not in just any car. They’ll be driving a $1,500 “Shitbox” from Port Douglas to Melbourne as part of the Shitbox Rally Autumn, all in support of the Cancer Council.
This rally isn’t your average road trip. It takes participants across some of Australia’s toughest and most remote outback roads, with one simple goal: raise vital funds for cancer research while proving that even the most unlikely vehicles can achieve something extraordinary.
Our Goal 🎯
We’ve committed to raising $10,000 for Cancer Council. Every dollar donated goes directly towards life-saving cancer research - research that impacts families and communities everywhere, including right here in Busselton.
How You Can Support Us 💛
Donate – Every donation over $2 is tax deductible, and no amount is too small.
Business Sponsorships – Want to see your logo rolling across Australia on our rally car? Sponsoring businesses will feature on the car and the rally website, showing their support for a cause that touches us all.
In-Kind Support – We’re also looking for raffle prizes, fundraising event help, or product/service donations to boost our efforts along the way.
Why It Matters
The Shitbox Rally is more than just a drive. It’s about community, resilience, and making a real difference in the fight against cancer. For us, it’s also a way to give back and support a cause close to so many hearts. We, like many others have had the reality of cancer too close to home, so this drive isn’t just to raise funds, it’s to support and remember those loved ones.
